Prayers and Wishes..

There are some questions in everybody`s lives which do not have the answers, no matter how much we think on them,nothing seems to quench our thirst, no one seems to be able to satisfy us. The questions can be about anything, society, people, religion anything at all and they just disturb us all our lives. But I really want an answer from all of you, from everyone of us that how we should present our prayers, our wishes in front of God that HE approves them as soon as possible, is it the way of pleading in front of him, is it the belief that He will listen to us, no matter what, or is it that we do not know what to wish and how to ask him for everything we want.  

Being a Muslim, I have a firm belief that He listens to us, He loves us more than 70 mothers can love her son or daughter, so I can’t think that He is not listening, He don’t know what we want, or He don’t know what is good for us and what’s not, so should we make HIM a friend and ask HIM repeatedly what we want, should we consider that being HIS creation He knows us better than us so we should let it go, or thinking that He loves us more than our mothers, we just pray once and believe that He will listen to us sooner or later.

Whatever the way is, regardless of the religion, culture, God we all our kneeling down and praying in front of you, we are sorry for our sins, we don’t know what to do and we don’t know where else to go, please don’t make someone`s mother waiting for her son at the doorstep, please don’t make someone`s father carry his son`s dead body in his arms, please don't make someone`s brother cry because his brother who has played with him all his life is no more, please don’t make someone`s wife, their children believe that her husband or their father will never come back to them. Please listen to us God, please accept our apologies and please take us in your shelter.

Which side you want to choose..

"This is the way we are, this is the way system is, and this is the way it will keep running" . This is the phrase I have heard or we all must have heard thousand time in our lives and surely we have said that as well whenever some injustice has been done around us,  when we see things are not going the way they should or when we see something happening that is not right ethically, morally or in any other sense.
Lets recall history to some extent, sometimes back we all must have heard about a guy in Bangladesh working on the idea of micro finance banking, gave small loans to farmers, that gradually helped them to a larger extent changing the life style of their whole area and neighboring villages.That guy took the initiative and chose to help. We all remember the name Dr.Abdul Qadeer Khan, he had the opportunities to study and work in the most developed countries of the world but he chose his own country where there were no resources in comparison with other countries, but he worked and made our country a nuclear power, first in the Islamic world, that happened because he chose to do so. We all know someone with the name Abdul Sattar Edhi, when he started his social services he had nothing in his hand and now according to his own words he can get 5,6 crores if he just stands at a road in lahore for 2 to 3 hours. He has this impact because he chose this field of social services and he gave his life to it.
Now just imagine what if the above three people have decided to live a normal life, what if they have blamed the system while having discussions in their drawing room like the way we do and had done nothing. Its all about deciding what you want to do and how you want to be remembered as. Its all about choosing the side, the side that has done nothing beside blaming and shouting, or the side that can help a society or a nation to some extent.Think and choose the side before its too late.

Happy Independence Day

14th August 2011 , yet another independence day is coming to an end, we celebrated it with all of our patriotism and love for our country which generally creeps up in our heart and mind  in the month of august only, We change our FB display with the flag of Pakistan, we start posting patriotic songs at our websites and profiles, this time we also set a record of some more then 5000 people singing our national anthem with one voice, with only one thing in their hearts that we do love Pakistan instead of all the faults and deficiencies our beloved country have.
I really don't want to get into the stuff that we listen all day long on our TV shows, while discussing with our elders, while having a conversation with our relatives living hundreds of miles away from this beautiful land and suggesting what needs to be done, thinking that everything is going wrong in the country, there is nothing left for the people here,basically playing all that blame game. We, the youth of Pakistan know, that the situation is not good, things are getting rather difficult but we also know that there is a ray of hope,a beam of bright light at the end of the tunnel that there will be a solution of each and every problem and we will going to get that solution for us and for everyone, obviously things will take time to get into a proper position,it will take time to implement the solution but we all have this one thing in our mind that this is our country, this is our home, and no one from outside will going to clean the stuff for us, we have to do it ourselves. Today we celebrate our independence day while being optimistic that bit by bit , piece by piece we will complete the puzzle and we will give our country Pakistan, a better shape and a prosperous future.
